Sir John Lucas-Tooth’s career spans as an entrepreneur, portfolio manager and investment advisor. Having founded, developed and led two ventures that were successfully exited to Bausch & Lomb and Oxford Instruments, Sir John joined Lazard Brothers where he managed and advised private equity and corporate venture portfolios. Sir John was subsequently a partner with Prince Rupert Loewnstein at his firm advising, amongst other clients, the Rolling Stones. Sir John has a first-class degree from Oxford University and holds several directorships and trustee positions.

Ahsan Mallick served as General Counsel and Executive Board Director for over 12 years to SEI, a global asset manager, custodian and outsource technology & operations provider to banks, funds and wealth managers. In addition to leading SEI’s Legal, Compliance and Risk functions, Ahsan established its corporate incubator for start-ups, the first in the UK to focus on reg-tech. Ahsan also served as trustee to SEI’s multi-employer pension scheme. Prior to SEI, Ahsan was in-house counsel at HSBC, and practiced as a barrister for several years. Ahsan is a graduate of University College London and sits on the board of a number of tech companies.

Ronnie has spent the last twenty years in buy and sell-side investment management and sales, speciality finance and M&A. He has worked for large asset management and specialist investment firms raising substantial capital from banks, institutional investors and families and investing this in public and private debt markets, real assets and in corporate buyouts. Most recently, he operated an SME investment firm as CEO and was Chief Investment Officer for a HNW funded group involved in various strategies. He is a co-founder and CEO of a startup in the consumer finance space and advises numerous businesses across sectors such as film and media, professional services and technology on general corporate strategy and fundraising, drawing on his network to help businesses achieve their growth objectives. Ronnie is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Rachel Zou was a graduate investment analyst at a hedge fund (Man Group) for 2.5 years. During the program, she worked in both Primary and Secondary market as a research analyst for quantitative strategy (AHL), discretionary market neutral Long/Short strategy with a focus on European and China market (GLG), and private real estate strategy (GPM). Afterwards, she worked as a fundamental research analyst for a high frequency trading firm (IMC) based in Amsterdam, providing research from both equity and macro level. Rachel holds a Master & Undergrad degree (MEng) from Imperial College London in Civil Engineering.

Kathleen is an experienced professional who has dedicated the last 15 years of her career to working in private family offices for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI). Throughout her career, she has gained expertise in various sectors, taking responsibility for key finance and portfolio matters. Her clients have been diverse, ranging from composers and journalists to art dealers and members of the aristocracy. Kathleen takes great pride in her ability to ensure that the estates of her principals are always well taken care of and managed effectively. With her extensive experience in managing the affairs of wealthy individuals and their families, Kathleen is well-equipped to handle the complex financial, administrative and logistical challenges that come with overseeing the assets and properties of UHNWI.
